It's harder now that the young folks have virtual reality flight simulators and drones.

I keep encouraging my oldest grandson who is taking lessons to "hang out" at the airport and their maintenance facility, but he doesn't seem interested in that aspect of flying. He is interested in getting an aviation-related engineering degree and does CAM for his robotics team, but his real love is digital stuff.
