I have much spare time on my hands so I thought I would dig into the ownership history of my new to me Cherokee and have found some pretty cool stuff

Plane was purchased new by Walter F Ball (Ball Aero Huron SD) on 2-22-67 for the sum of $9246.40. Complete with 'Executive Group' option less auto flight, toe brakes, external power plug, 35 amp battery, family seats, MK-III radio

In 1994 the plane was purchased by an renowned aircraft restorer in MN. Found them on FB and reached out. They have a pretty cool page showing all the old planes they have worked. He responded below;

Chuck Doyle's Hangar -Very nice, that was the cleanest 140 I've ever seen. Jody bought it the day of our first date! Thanks Dennis, enjoy the Cherokee as we did

With a 51 year old plane its pretty cool to track down some of its history
