Handheld GPS Questions/Advice

Hello Everyone,
I currently have an Anywhere Map (ATC) with approach plates and XM weather. It works great but I am going to look for something similar with a larger screen. It looks like this vevdor won't be at OSH this year but they do have systems that are larger. It also appears that Ipads and related apps are very popular. I'm going to browse at OSH this year and would also appreciate your comments.
