Good morning/afternoon/evening to all.

I know that this has been discussed piecemeal in various threads; some VERY recently. However I would be very interested in hearing (more) about the experiences, successes and/or lack thereof, with respect to getting (what I would assume to be the required) field approval for installation of older IFR approved GPS units (GNC-300XL, KLN-90_ etc.) on the PA28 series.

Thanks.
