Those of us who have been through the process know how much brain bandwidth, time and money even a frivolous suit like this can be. Important Takeaway: Any nut job can pick your tail number out of the pattern and tie you up in legal woes.

Forget the lead aspect of this. This guy took a 172 that was commonly in the pattern (training?) and filed this suit. Section 4.11 gets into the nuisance part. Think about how much time and energy it's going to take to defend this joke of a lawsuit.
