Our new Cherokee is needing ADSB-Out and eventually we were planning on installing a GPS.

After looking through options, it may be cost effective to install the Garmin GNX 375 with ADSB Out/In for $7K-$8K plus install costs. Seems like installing a stratus + whatever GPS we decide would take up more space and cost more money.

Does anyone have experience with the GNX 375 or thoughts on alternatives?

Context: Just bought this plane in a partnership to finish my PPL and go through ratings all the way through ATP. Would be great to have a nice system for Instrument training and peace of mind on occasional trips with the wife/relatives.

Have a Yoke-mounted iPad w/foreflight and a Bad Elf GPS that came with the plane.

Would love to hear what you all think.
