I am thinking about getting a Garmin GDL 39 for ADS-B in my Archer II but I want to mount it on the hat rack. If I do this I am told that I need an external antenna ( maybe window suction mount) for the GPS receiver insIde the unit. Does anyone know where to get such an antenna and who do I hook it up to the GDL 39?
