I talked with a local A&P that does a lot of avionics installations about installing a G5 HSI in my Warrior. I already have a G5 AH installed. He estimated a full week (40 hours) to do the installation. Is that a reasonable time estimate?
Installation would hook up to a Garmin 430W and an STEC 30 AP. I want to keep my current STEC GPSS and the use the G5 heading bug.
Installation would include a Davtron temperature probe and the magnetometer.
