Freeflight Rangr -> new Avidyne ADS-B IN unit

Just announced this week at AEA.

For anyone in the market, Avidyne is now partnering with Freeflight, who will produce their ADS-B IN unit. I expect it will be a rebadged Rangr, perhaps with some minor firmware changes.
