I did not post this in "Off Topic" because some of our members may have chosen to have "Off Topic" threads blocked.

I've noticed some of our Piper Forum members are in Tennessee.

I have some accounts at Eastman Credit Union in Tennessee.

About an hour ago I got a phone call alerting me to potential fraudulent activity on my Eastman Credit Union checking account.

Sure enough!

Overnight my Eastman Credit Union debit card was used twice in Texas (at Wal*Mart) and once in Idaho (at a hotel). I did not make these transactions.

So if any of our Piper Forum members have any accounts with Eastman Credit Union, you might want to check your accounts.

After hanging up from the fraud alert phone call I immediately called the phone number on the back of my debit card and had that particular debit card number permanently cancelled.

Tomorrow I'll call the credit union to dispute the charges.

Just wanted to give folks a heads up if they bank at this credit union in Tennessee.
