Foreflight/iOS and Fltplan/iOS have just released versions that introduce the first level of support for IFD540 & IFD440 users, connecting by WiFi.

Fltplan/android support has not appeared yet, but they tend to leapfrog each other. (EDIT: From their technical team, expected in 2 to 4 weeks)

Avidyne provides for an open two-way interface, so any developer that wishes to support, can. Even individuals can get a $0 license, and access to the API, for download only data.
