Want to fly a Boeing 737NG? Hell yes!

I had the opportunity today to spend 1.5 hours behind the fully functional controls of a Boeing 737NG sim. Amazing is an understatement and the realism is stunning.

We launched from KBOS (Boston) to LIR (Liberia, Costa Rica). We started from the gate and I learned about APU, GPU, programing the FMS, controls, redundancy, Start up, taxi, takeoff and landing. A little overwhelemed on the sysytems and what is required but when it was time to launch, it all worked out.

They also have a Cessna 172 sim that is just as realistic! The folks are a class act and I'll be returning shortly for more time behind the controls!
