Having reocurring problems with fluid leaking from pilot's side landing gear.
74 Archer, the leak is from the end of the hose line and a pool of fluid is all over the hanger floor. This first occurred in may, my mechanic pulled the main gear apart, replacd all the seals, hoses and checked out ok. Charged $1000 for all three to be re done. Inspected it again on 100 hourly in June and all was good.
Just happened again on the pilot's side main gear which os the same side as last time. Any ideas why this has happened?
Can't understand why this keeps happening to the same wheel.
He is going to look at it again tomorrow, not sure if he is going to charge again, I don't think he should because it's only 3 months since the were totally redone.
Any thoughts on this?
