I just finished doing a Hush kit in my Cherokee,. My firewall still has the original mat with fiberglass insulation behind it. Though it still appears to be in fair condition, its got my guessing if I should attempt replacing it.

Has anyone replaced their Cherokee firewall insulation?

If so:

1. At what point should I consider replacing it as necessary or insanity to attempt?

2. How difficult was it?

3. Was it worth the time and effort?

4. Would you do it again if necessary?

4. And lastly, any helpful insights, tips or hints would be appreciated.
