Today I sent an email to Faro Aviation customer service, inquiring about how to get my G2 ANR headset repaired after one of my dogs chewed and severed the cable. Within an hour I got a reply back with instructions on how to return for a free repair, I just need to pay for shipping. Now that's great customer service, we were beginning to loose all hope of that from many other businesses. Faro has renewed my faith.
Pretty sure it was Strider, on the left. My fault though as on the way home from the hanger I left the headset in the back of the Tahoe with the pups, out of it's bag. Happy to say that I have Faro headsets for all 4 seats, when rears are in, of course.
Timber doesn't mind wearing her ear protection.
