I am replacing side panels in my 1967 Cherokee PA28-140. I need to remove the door handle which has no set screw and looks a lot like the door handles used in 1960's cars. Can someone advise me what tool I need to remove it and where I can possibly purchase it? Photo attached.

Thank you!
