The POH says 2000 but Lycoming's Service Bulletin 1132B says 50-65% power.

I have been doing it at 2000 and getting about 80 rpm drop on both sides during a mag check. After overhauling my dual mag, my shop is showing a drop of 150/170 but at 1800 rpm.

My home filed is 4415' but I use 2000 rpm regardless of field elevation.

Based on 1132B, are folks here still doing the runup at 2000 rpm?
