Is it possible to buy/replace a cowling on a Dakota?

My bottom cowling is in good shape but on the right side above the exhaust, I feel like it is slightly indented and does not have a smooth curve like on the left side.

My top cowling bulges out a bit so that between the two clasps it sticks out about 1/4" to 1/2" beyond the lower cowling. There is a rim up inside the top cowling so there is really no air gap but the two pieces just don't fit together as well as I have seen on one other Dakota and two different Cherokee 180s.

Any thoughts on this? I'll try to get pictures.
