I have a 73 Challenger and want to start my instrument rating soon. I am going through the airplane fixing issues and my AstroTech LC-2 clock is not working. I removed it from the panel and replaced the AAA battery and it still does not work. There is no corrosion on the battery terminals and I used a voltage meter to check the voltage going to the board and it is seeing 1.5 volts. Does anyone know if this clock can be repaired? Any other options? It is my understanding that I must have a clock with either a sweep second hand or timer for instrument training. It is hard to pay $500 for a $5 clock
