Well I am ramping up to do some maintenance on the battery box on my Cherokee. I changed my battery the other day and noticed the paint was flaking real bad, didn't notice any bad corrosion just light surface as of right now. Well I want to pull the box clean it up and repaint it and I think I am going to put bogert aviation battery box modification, as my cables are original and are ok but need to be addressed. Anyone have this mod?

Well I guess ill get to my main question. I want/should replace the vent tubes for the battery but am not sure what type of tube to use or not use. And just to clarify I am talking about the flexible tube between the box and the skin mounted drain fitting.
thanks
