I'm going to attempt to put airtex carpet into my Cherokee this weekend. It looks like the procedure is simple. The floor has already been cleaned to within an inch of it's life. From what I understand, from here, I simply stick the self adhering foam to the floor after cutting it to size, shiny side up. Then use the provided adhesive, paint it on the shiny side of the foam, then place the carpet on top, let dry. Some minor trimming here and there, but that's the gist.

Is that right?

Any tips or tricks from those who have done this? How long should the job take do you think?
