A "wag" once said that airline passenger experience would improve if all airline executives were required to spend their days at their desks in a seat from the economy-class cabin, with the same amount of elbow room and recline. Oh, and they should have to climb across a row of other similar seats to go to the washroom. And periodically the "seatbelt" sign would come on and they'd have to stay buckled up. Meals, if any, would be from the airline's caterer.
