Want to fly my 98 Archer III from SCK (Stockton CA) to RMN (Stafford VA) in September. It will be me and my 20 yr old daughter on the way there, alone on the way back about a week later. Given my lack of cross country experience outside of California, I was looking for advice about northern vs southern routes. (It will be VFR both ways.) Any and all advice is welcome.
