Best Cash Back Card for FBO Fuel?

Hey All

Planning a big summer trip in our Cherokee and thinking about the thousands I am about to spend on fuel. Do any of you use a bonus cash back credit card for fuel at FBOs? Does such a thing even exist?

I see that phillips 66 has one: http://www.phillips66aviation.com/
But it only works on their pumps and often FBOs are independent.

Capitol 1 offers unlimited 1.5% on all purchases...

Can I do better?
