Autopilot Recommendations

Hello, I have an IFR certified Cherokee 180B. Use for commuting from Tucson to Orange County. I have a GPS 175 and one GI 275 as an HSI. I have quite a few hours flying instruments, but as I fly solo much of the time, I was looking for autopilot recommendations. Maybe the best answer is the GFC 500, but that may be more than I need. Any thoughts? I can hand fly an approach, but the enroute part is more what I am looking for.
