Looking into installation of an autopilot for my PA28R-180.
Aircraft spruce shows Dynon and Garmin autopilots, but I simply do not understand why the components are sold separately and not as a kit/system. So as a pilot/owner I would first need to know WHAT I need and cost that out. But the Bendix/King page on Aircraft Spruce appears to sell the entire system together and prices it together (@ 5 AMU).

What can I expect (hours) for an installation?

Thanks
