ASP3 wire?

We found a wire that looks like part of the original piper harness from 1973. It looks to be a #18 and bears the I’d ASP3. It goes from the avionics buss through an in-line fuse, then somewhere we don’t know. Like I said, the wire size and I.d.# look just like all the rest. Anybody have a clue? Thanks
