Armrest and Cupholder for PA28-151

I'm reupholstering the interior of my PA28-151 Warrior and would like to replace the original armrest with a recessed model that will give me additional side space. Does anyone know a good source for an armrest upgrade?

Also, I recall seeing an armrest that had been modified to include a cup holder. Unfortunately, I've been unable to find any source to add a cupholder to my door panel. Does anyone know where I might find an armrest integrated with a cupholder for the PA28?
