I wonder if it is feasible to remove two bolts at a time, do the eddy current check and reinstall the bolts (with new hardware of course) and check each bolt hole?

The eddy current cost for removing 4 bolts and performing the inspection is around 4k (2 bolts each wing)

Removing all 10 bolts on both wings should be easier (two at a time) The cost could be 6-8k ? However once done and all holes have no cracks would be not only be peace of mind, but it would increase the value of the aircraft.
