Altimatic II "effort lights" (strange indicator lights)

Anyone ever see any indicator lights like the ones pictured below? They appear custom. A plastic body (under the yellow cap to the tip) and plastic threads on the body. A contact point on the tip and some sort of washer like device for the second contact.

Like to know where to get them. My up effort light appears burned out otherwise the autopilot works quite well.
