In the process of installing a Aircraft Door Seals glareshield on my Pathfinder. Did not anticipate the GAP at the top of the plastic overlay( instrument panel ) , This area was covered by the OEM glarshield, and is now exposed.

Caught me by surprise as no prior warning as to this condition. See pic's

Suggestions ??
