Aftermarket 'handle' for old bowtie styled yoke?

Just curious - are there any aftermarket yoke handle cover type things that provide a little more of something to hold on to than the skinny bowtie yoke - particularly the vertical piece on the sides?

I've seen some pictures of some rigged up stuff - but none of it was visually appeasing...looked kinda ghetto actually.
