Its been a rough week for aircraft ownership. Took the AP on Monday to a very reputable shop to have a new windshield and new glairshield put in.

Decided Thursday Morning that the glairshield HAD TO COME OUT. After some conversation with ADS in Texas it seems that quite possible the PA28-235 Pathfinder has a different -that all the rest of the Cherokees- instrument panel. The flange that you see in the pic where the vertical and horizontal Piper sub panels meets seems( according to ADS ) to be different than other Cherokees.

Will reinstall Pipers EYE BROW and have the rest upholstered black.

This was not only frustrating experience but costly. Lets just say I burned up about 350 gals of my AV GAS fund. And have nothing to show for it.

Thanks to all who posted.
