I have had 40 years as a GA pilot---never a moment that I did not look forward to the drive to the airport and my love of flying.

The last several years I have not logged enough hours to justify owning an airplane - I own and fly a P28B Pathfinder - ( for the last 25 years ) and my local airport is among the least expensive in our area. I do owner assisted annuals --- so its not be difficult to just- "Hang on "

Wife does not tp fly and a couple of my airport buddies have moved along. New Grandson in the family - which BTW is awesome - so just not getting to the airport as often.

So as I make my decision to part w/the airplane - what advise on selling does the group have :

Broker ?

List myself ? Trade a Plane , Forum ?

Airplane is a 9/10 new paint / new engine - prop / new interior / Avionics are 2nd generation Garmin 420W etc. It will make someone a great airplane - as it needs nothing
