8523TT, 320 SMOH, 320 SPOH, 1018 Useful. IFD540, AXP322, PMA8000BT, Aspen E5, AeroCruze 100, CGR-30P (no analog), fuel data interfaced with IFD. External ADS-B In antenna connected to remote Stratux box providing wi-fi network for flight plan transfers between iPad and IFD and datalink traffic/weather. Factory zinc chromate primer on wing structure, AD 2020-26-16 (eddy current) complete. Missing airframe logs pre-2014. Current oil analysis and consumption history, LED lighting exterior and interior, Steve's gascolator, sells with cover and plugs. Interior decent but front seats need padding in future, in meantime have sheepskin covers. Exterior good but will need paint in next few years..opportunity to finish project with glass and paint. Updated wing root seals, door seals, door hardware, exterior hardware, etc.

Selling to upgrade useful and room for family...it did OSH this year with 4+stuff and did a great job. Makes book+ (check FlightAware and photos). Absolutely fantastic airplane that fits a perfect niche as evening hole burner in the sky, weekend jaunt, or fly-in hauler.

Please see Drive link below for description, equipment list, logs, photos, oil analysis, and sale process, etc. Listing on TAP for $150K to start (I know that's a stiff premium for an Archer...but is priced at same market premium as the other PA28s vs. VREF...and all of the avionics value is for equipment only...no install, downtime, tweaks, etc,). Happy to discuss offers prior to sale starting Monday.
