I’m active duty military and was moved from Washington state to Texas and haven’t found a close, affordable place to store my plane and I absolutely refuse to let it sit outside, so I’m going to sell it.

Approx 5390 TT, O-540-B4B5 & prop w/ approx 70 SMOH. All ADs c/w. Annual through August. Hangared since I’ve owned it.

Upgrades include: Garmin GTN750Xi, dual G5s, GTX345, Flightstream 510, EI CGR-30P & CGR-30C engine monitoring system (too many indications to list), PMA6000B audio panel, BK KX155 and KI-209, Airtex interior, B.A.S. Inertia reel seat belts, new battery, Whelen nav/strobe/beacon, new glareshield & door seals, Sky-Tech starter & solenoid.

Everything listed done within last 2 years & it’s been hangared since I’ve owned it. Plane is currently located at KPLU in Puyallup WA and I just relocated to north Texas.
