1963 PA-28-160 Weight & Balance Sheet

I have partnered in a 1963 Piper Cherokee PA-28-160B that does not have the airplanes weight and balance sheet.

I will be having the airplane weighed soon, but would like to have a like models form to start with.

Can someone scan and email me a copy of their PA-28-160 weight and balance sheet? Any other Cherokee's form should work as well since they all appear have the same datum point per the Type Certificate #2A13.

Than I can update it per the planes existing equipment and current weight.
