So, I'm struggling a bit with a minor oil leak. My A&P felt it was from a cylinder and I'm into it about $500 labor to clean and troubleshoot, pull a cylinder to replace a seal. After a couple hours more of flying, oil has reappeared around the hoist attachment and ran down the engine around the cylinder that had seals replaced. A&P assured that the cylinder was leaking but I'm wondering, not so much about his honestly but more if he was correct in the initial assessment. Has anyone experienced a leak here before? Is it likely just around the bolt or heaven forbid the actual case?

Thoughts appreciated...

-Mike
