First year of PA-28 rear bucket seats?

Looking for information on the first year Piper introduced the rear split individual bucket seats in the PA-28 line and which models offered this option. Not the snap down trainer cushion rear seats, the individual metal framed bucket seats.

I'm thinking about a project and need some more supporting data for my scope of work paperwork to submit to the FSDO.
