Per Piper the aircraft is still Airworthy with cracks in the wing walk


doubler.  They recently published a SB or SL addressing this.


It is Not Airworthy if the outer wing skin cracks or deforms,


The doc tells you to remove the black material and install clear tape


in some areas to facilitate inspection.


Sorry I don’t have the number but it seems to be information


and procedures that address this well.
