Our local county commissioners are an arrogant lot, all of them are very impressed with themselves. They recently posted new hanger rules that would make Stalin proud. One commissioner has a habit of parking his car in front of his hanger and jogging the taxiway, paved along the runway.
Pedestrians are a hazard to aircraft and I would think the Commissioner, being a pilot, should know better.
How would you handle this illegal use of a taxiway and not paint a bullseye on your back?
