So after about 3 weeks of down time for various maintenance projects, it was time to get the Lance out today and put some hours on her. Fired it up, did a couple of run ups to verify that all was well, and took to the air. After running between 11,500 and 12,500 feet for an hour and a half, I seem to be past the fuel pressure, flow, and oil temperature issues.

Entire flight went well...until I landed and shut it down. It was then that I realized that at some point during the flight, my beacon came off the aircraft, lol. Looks like the retaining ring that holds it on cracked and it came right off. Guess I'll be looking at LED beacons now! Who has them and which one do I need?? :D
