Our Landing light stopped working, We replaced with a LED. Occasionally it will work. We are getting 12v at the battery, 12v at the switch. However at the lightbulb we are getting 7-11v it jumps all around. Ground looked ok. Anyone have a similar issue?

Same power with the engine running.
