Variation of oil pressure near idle

After engine startup (and once the oil temp has warmed up), the oil pressure gauge is in the green at 1000 RPM. If the throttle is set to full idle, the oil pressure drops to the yellow arc. Is this normal? (Lycoming O540)

Note: The annual inspection is near, so will have he mechanic look at it. Looking for comments / suggestions to understand it better.
