Okay, have been chasing this down for awhile now, and could use fresh eyes/ears.

Assume that there is nothing wrong with my attitude indicator and direction gyro instrument. Assume both just came back from overhaul. The vacuum pump was changed about 150 hours ago after the previous one failed in VMC flight. If I am showing 5" of suction during run-up and approximately 4.8" +/- at cruise altitude & settings, what else would cause my attitude indicator to show a turn when climbing or descending OR continuing to show a turn once recovering from one to straight and level flight? Both conditions resolve themselves after a minute or so in straight and level flight, but this is obviously not ideal for flying IMC. This is what has me looking at the G5's real hard at the moment.
