Was out flying the other day and with my cg on the heavy side and about 3/4 of the way to the aft limits (everything still within the W&B, I did not have enough trim with full flaps when coming in to land. I was holding about 1600rpm, and still required slight input pressure to keep the nose down. I was to the fore limits of my trim using the indicator as well as the trim wheel would not roll any further. Normal? PA 28-151
