I’ve often seen aircraft for sale that frequently say in their sales ad “never a trainer”. Why is this an obvious concern? The flight school Located at my airport maintains their aircraft very well. Is it just the hours & the type of flying, or the fact that their doing a lot of drop in landings while learning to fly?
