Given that the FAA is currently in the process of re-defining "complex" for flight training purposes (http://www.avweb.com/avwebflash/news/FAA-Proposes-Changes-To-GA-Flight-Training-226227-1.html), this would seem to be a good time to make a push to also get them to re-define "high performance" by dropping the horsepower requirement from "more than 200" to "200 or more". That would make a lot of 200 hp Arrows eligible as a training platform for both the complex and high performance endorsements? Surely, one measly horsepower can't make any significant difference?

Thoughts?
