Didn't want to start a new thread for this, so I'll just add this here so someone can learn from my mistakes. For those installing a new stereo intercom (GMA350 in my case), and have Bose headsets or other stereo capable headsets, please make sure to set your headsets to stereo mode or your intercom won't work. Learned this the hard way. A few flights and nobody could hear me. Avionics guy gave me the fix. On Bose headsets there is a small mono/stereo switch under the batteries that is normally in mono, but needs to be in stereo for the intercom to work. The new 3D audio is pretty cool!
