I need to replace the yoke shaft on my wife's 172. There are two steel rivets that connect the yoke to the shaft that are 1.5" long. Does anyone know what tool you need to install these rivets? BTW, does anyone know if there is an alternative to the Cessna part as it is ridiculous what they want for a rivet. I know it's not a Piper but I'm hoping someone on this forum can offer some advise.
